  • Private Health InsuranceWe accept payment from commercial/private health insurance plans. Most private insurance companies provide coverage for short-term skilled nursing care after a surgery or injury.
  • Long-Term Care InsuranceAffinity Home Care accepts all Long-Term Care Insurance Policies (LTC). Long-Term Care Insurance can assist your loved one to be financially covered for the duration of the home care services.

Affinity Home Care will accept your loved one’s assignment of benefits,
fill out all necessary paperwork, file all paperwork with the insurance
company, and bill the insurance company directly.

• MedicareAffinity Home Healthcare provides services to Medicare eligible seniors who require home healthcare assistance. We accept Medicare payments.
• Medicare Advantage PlansAffinity Home Healthcare accepts patients with Medicare plans offered by private insurance companies under Medicare Part C.
• Statewide Medicaid Managed CareAffinity Home Care provides services to Medicaid eligible seniors who require long-term home care assistance. Assistance is provided in their homes, the communities, or in assisted living facilities. Services include: Adult Companion Care, Attendant Care, Homemaker, Personal Care, and Respite Care.

• Community ProgramsAffinity Home Care Provides services to functionally impaired elders to live in the least restrictive environment that is suitable to their needs through contracted community programs.
• Veterans Affairs (VA Benefits)The Veterans Aid and Attendance program, provided by the Veterans Administration (VA), offers benefits for Veterans and surviving spouses who require assistance with activities of daily living (ADL’s). Give us a call to further discuss this possibility.
• Workers’ Compensation (Home Care Program)Affinity Home Care’s goal for its Workers’ Compensation Program is to enable injured workers to recover from their injuries and return to work as soon as possible. We work closely with claims professionals and physicians to meet the needs of the injured worker.
