When I mentioned keeping Dad safe, this is what I meant: on one of their trips from home, Noemie spotted a defect (ballooning) in a tire on Dad’s car. They immediately had the tire replaced. And everyone was safe. Not only has Noemie done a fine job managing Dad’s needs, she has also earned Mom’s respect and appreciation and my gratitude and that of my siblings. Noemie uses her quiet competence with grace. She is a credit to Affinity and the training you have given her. We are unanimous in asking that she be given a raise so that we may retain this excellent young woman for many months to come.
